Cauliflower - This Year's Brussels Sprouts
Last year at this time, I had never seen a brussels sprout in person, much less eaten them on a regular basis. Then came this recipe, which is by far one of my most favorite recipes from the MND experience. Last night was DB's turn to pick the menu and he decided on roasted cauliflower. It was so good that between the both of us, we finished an entire head of cauliflower.

All in all, one of our favorite meals yet! I'll write a full review later.
